Classical Acts & Facts Science Cards Announcement

Classical Acts & Facts® Science Cards announcement

We are excited to announce the 2nd edition of the popular Classical Acts & Facts® Science Cards, updated to coordinate with the Foundations Curriculum, 5th Edition. You’ll love the new “Fun Facts” feature—designed to inspire wonder in young scientists and spark further inquiry for older students—the simpler numbering system within each set, and the bonus cards we’ve added, bringing each set to a full 36 cards.

The Cycle 1 set (Living on the Planet: Biology and Earth Science) and the Famous Scientists set used extensively in Challenge B (Seeking to Know: Famous Scientists) will launch in spring 2018.

The Cycle 2 set (Spinning Harmonies: Astronomy and Physics) and the Cycle 3 set (Uncovering the Design: Anatomy, Chemistry, and Origins) will launch at a later date, to be announced.

Please note: Your 2018 catalog lists the new 2nd edition product codes and prices for all four sets.

In the meantime, the 1st edition sets will still be available on a limited basis, while supplies last, at the current price of $19.99. These cards remain a valuable resource for students in Foundations or in any of the Challenge programs.

  • Challenge A (all branches, great for science fair!)
  • Challenge B (astronomy, origins)
  • Challenge I (earth science, great for research papers!)
  • Challenge II (biology)
  • Challenge III (chemistry)
  • Challenge IV (physics, jump-start a senior thesis!)

Greetings, elnino!

So sorry the screenshot didn't work! For pictures of the updated 2nd edition cards, please see the catalog, the online bookstore, or look for them in the bookstore at your local practicum.

Blessings,

Does anyone know why some scientists have been removed?  I thought they would just be added to.

I study at the university. I know about interactive courses that help write scientific papers. The main task of scientific work is the correct arrangement of quotations and factual data. I use such aggregators

https://edubirdie.com/citation/cse/ to simplify the process of quoting and finding the right style. Your course structure reminded me of a new educational system in schools.

I love your Fun Facts idea, I hope it was successful. And in general, your course is the right decision to inspire scientists and students. Our education system needs a change. For my part, I want to share a very useful find for all students coursework help. This is a service that can quickly and efficiently write both term papers and research papers. A real assistant for students who have directed all their attention to studying the exact sciences and do not want to waste their time on essays.

Teaching and learning are at every phase of life but the best thing is that when you know anything and teach it to others. That's how a team or a society grows. According to the best essay help, there is no age for learning.
